Beyonce Diet
The Beyonce diet is also known as the Lemon Cayenne pepper diet and although I am featuring it here I am not sure it should be classed as a diet. It is actually meant to be used as a detox drink.
Beyonce herself did lose a lot of weight while on this program but she also combined it with exercise and healthy eating which was probably responsible for most of her weight loss. If you want a
detox solution that will help your diet then this is a good option.
The Drink
1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
2 tablespoons natural maple syrup, B-Grade.
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice.
300 - 500 ml (10-14 oz) bottled water or filtered water
Mix the drink and take one full glass in the morning, one at lunch time and one in the evening. Combine it with exercise and a diet of fresh fruit, vegetables, steamed chicken and fish. Avoid sugary,
fired and processed foods. In the mornings it is nice to make the drink with slightly warmed water. This helps ease your digestive system into the day rather than giving it a shock with cold
water.
