He would bring her the correct amount of food on a daily basis.She ate 4-5 times a day to keep her metabolism pumping. He calories were kept between 1,150-1,450. She also swears by lots of sleep and drinking water throughout the day. Janet's Sample MenuBreakfast - 6 egg whites with 1/3 cup of oatmealLunch - 4 ounces of chicken breast with a mixed green salad. Snack - 3 ounces of grilled shrimp with a cup of vegetables. Dinner - 4 ounces of salmon with 15 asparagus spears. I have been reading reviews on this diet and they say it works quick, but is VERY strict. Some recommended having a "cheat" day so that you don't end up binging. Janet Jackson WorkoutUpper Body- 2 times a weekAbs - 3 times a week Cardio - 5-6 times a week ( includes kick boxing, basketball, tennis, jumping rope, and running.
