Jessica Simpson Diet

If you want Jessica Simpson’s slim, curvy figure then try the Jessica Simpson diet plan. You will need dedication and it will take work to get a body like Jessica’s, this is no easy plan. If you don’t have motivation to lose weight and tone up you won’t stick to it.

Jessica’s Plan

Food

Eat healthily. Stick to natural foods like vegetables, fruits, chicken and fish. When you can steam cook the meat, this will keep the nutrients in but get rid of any fat. If you are a hungry person vegetable soups are very filling and if you make a big batch it will last you a few days.

Keep sugar and wheat out of your diet. This means no chocolate, no sugar in drinks, no bread, no sweets, cakes, fizzy drinks or yummy desserts. Do not fry anything and try not to bake any meats in the oven as they bake in their own fat. Drink little or no alcohol.

Exercise

Exercise five days a week. Mornings are best, before work. Try to work out for an our with 30 minutes dedicated to cardio training like running and 30 minutes dedicated to toning exercise.
