Julia Robert's WeddingJulia Roberts wedding was one of the most hush hush Hollywood weddings in history. Guest were given an invitation that invited them to a July fourth bash. They had no idea what Julia Roberts and boyfriend Danny Moder had up their sleeves.With 60 guest in attendance, none of which were celebrities, they exchanged vows at her New Mexico estate. I've read that it was at midnight and the reception was the next day, but none of it is documented for sure. Their hush hush wedding was a great way to keep it paperazoo free!
Julia Roberts Wedding DressTheir wedding was so low key and her wedding dress showed this too! She walked down the isle in a pink cotton halter dress made by Judith Baylerian. I think this makes me love her even more! She did not need all the hoopla to express her love for her husband. The ReceptionHer guests danced the night away to Bob Marley on a boom box. The menu was all American with corn on the cob, hamburgers, and hot dogs. It was all about relaxing and have a good time. I am not sure if this wedding was so relaxed because it was Julia's second marriage or because she wanted to keep it on the down low.
