Katie Holmes received a lot of criticism for her choice of wedding gowns. Was it a bit old fashioned? Maybe a tad, but Katie is so adorable that she would look stunning in anything. I'm surprised that Ken Paves, the celebrity hairstylist, didn't choose to put his famous amazing extentions in her hair. Instead she wore her hair down and wispy. The wispy part was not a fashion choice of hers. After you give birth you start regrowing "baby hair" that looks like short bangs. The ceremony took place on November 18th at the Odescalchi Castle in Lake Braceiano Italy. The couple was married on the principals of Scientology that both take very seriously. A Scientology ceremony is quit different from a traditional wedding ceremony. Katie carried a beautiful wedding bouquet of Calla Lilies and their little girl Suri was carried down the Isle in an organza lace layered dress.
The ReceptionKaite and Tom's wedding reception was beautifully accented with red roses. Red roses are a symbol for love. Perfect for the special day. Katie changed out of her wedding dress to party. She wore a beautiful Armani evening gown. The celebrity guests were served Italian hors d-oeuvres followed by a multi course meal. The couples wedding cake was 5 tiers made of white chocolate.
